Store’s name: Sisters Mart LLC We have been utilizing this merchant service in our two stores for some time. Unfortunately, we have experienced several issues that have negatively impacted our business. It took them nearly two months to diagnose and resolve the EBT processing problem. Despite USDA approving our stores, we were unable to process EBT payments for two months due to their delayed troubleshooting. This resulted in great inconvenience for our customers and substantial lost revenue for our business. Currently, we have another ongoing EBT issue that they have been aware of for a week without resolution. We generally process about $600 in daily EBT transactions, so a week of outage has cost us over $4,200 in lost sales thus far. Many customers are now taking their business elsewhere given the EBT functionality does not work at our stores. While Rami has been responsive, the lack of timely resolutions for critical issues like EBT processing has been highly problematic. I would rate just 1 star if not for Rami’s efforts. I really wish this Merchant Service would take the gravity of this issue seriously!!
